Welk Resort, San Diego

The Welk Resort is located in the County of San Diego, just north of Escondido. The Resort, with its timeshares and many site amenities, has been a popular destination in San Diego for decades.

For over 15 years, Hale Engineering has provided the Welk Resort with on-going civil engineering and surveying services. We have been involved with many projects, including the numerous renovations, time share developments, proposed future developments, on-site improvements, off-site improvements, and review and redesign of existing site facilities and amenities for ADA compliance.
