Ridgeline Trailhead

Construction was completed on the Ridgeline Trailhead (San Elijo Equestrian Staging Area) project during the summer of 2010. This project is located in San Marcos off of Twin Oaks Valley Road. It provides a “launching point” for hiking, biking and equestrian use of the trail system. The staging area provides parking with a restroom facility.

Hale Engineering provided civil engineering and surveying services including topographic surveys, parking and staging area design, grading plans, horizontal control plans, erosion control plans, terrain modeling and earthwork calculations, quantity and cost estimates, hydrologic/hydraulic calculations and drainage report, project processing, coordination and permit assistance, construction staking and layout, construction observation, Water Pollution Quality Technical Report (WQTR) and record drawings.
