Alila Marea Beach Resort

130 guest room luxury hotel located on the ocean bluff in Encinitas. Along with the hotel and subterranean parking, the site improvements included front entry driveway and  drop-off, vehicular access and maintenance road, pedestrian access and other site amenities associated with hotel use. Site utilities included public and private water, sewer and storm drain.

Hale Engineering provided land planning, program management assistance, civil engineering, land surveying and QSD/P services. including topographic surveys and base mapping, grading plans, Highway 101 street improvement, striping, traffic signal and traffic control plans, on-site precise grading plans, utility improvement plans, horizontal control plans, erosion control plans, hydrologic/hydraulic calculations, storm water bio-retention design, drainage report, specifications, construction staking and layout, Storm Water Quality Management Report (SWQMP), Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).
