Construction was completed on the Ridgeline Trailhead (San Elijo Equestrian Staging Area) project during the summer of 2010. This project is located in San Marcos off of Twin Oaks Valley Road. It provides a “launching point” for hiking, biking and equestrian use of the trail system. The staging area provides parking with a restroom facility.
Running along the beach from the Hotel Del Coronado to the east of Ocean Boulevard/ R.H. Dana Place, the Paseo del Mar is a pedestrian walkway/emergency vehicle access road constructed for and maintained by the Hotel Del Coronado.
Fletcher Cove Park is a beach front park located in the City of Solana Beach. With its ocean development theme, the park has received numerous awards for its creative design placing public gathering areas, a tot lot, ½ basketball court, amphitheater, parking and beach access within the confines of a two-acre site.
