P-1919 Radiograph Building

A Radiographic Building, in support of the Navy Ordnance Test and Evaluation Division. In addition to the building, site improvements include pads for fire pump housing, CO2 storage and conditioning pad, hazardous waste storage, and central chiller; ammunitions storage magazines; access road; parking and laydown area; surrounding pedestrian access. Site utilities include sewer, water service, fire service, gas, and storm drain.

Lemoore F-35 Hangar (P-391 & P-284)

A two-module F-35 hanger and associated airfield development built in two phases (P-284 and P-391). In addition to the hangars, associated improvements included airfield paving and striping, expanded POV parking; operational storage building; wash rack control building; water storage tank; pedestrian pathways; storm water retention basins; utilities including force main sewer, gravity sewer, industrial waste, domestic water, fire service, gas, and storm drain.

Aircraft Maintenance Hangers P-545 North & South

The P-545 Aircraft Maintenance Hangers are located on the Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, in Yuma, Arizona. P-545 is a design-build project consisting of two Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) compliant aircraft maintenance hangars, along with aircraft parking aprons, taxiways, privately owned vehicle (POV) parking lot, and associated infrastructure. The Hangers are scheduled for delivery this year.

Child Development Center P-601

Camp Pendleton, San Diego, CA

Construction was completed on the De Luz Child Development Center (CDC) P-601 in 2011. The design-build project, located in Headquarters 12 Area, included a preschool building constructed around a central piazza , 4 playgrounds, and numerous educational amenities. The preschool employs a Reggio Emilia based curriculum. This approach considers the environment to be the “third teacher”. A top priority throughout the project design was to plan a stimulating learning environment in accordance with the Reggio Emilia philosophy.

Recruit Barracks, School of Infantry

Camp Pendleton, San Diego, CA

Construction was completed on the School of Infantry in 2013. The design-build project, on MCB Camp Pendleton, consisted of a 4 story building, a 3 story parking structure, water reservoir improvements, and a solar field. This is a LEED Gold project with sustainable architectural and energy efficient features, storm water sustainability, an array of concentrated photovoltaic sun tracking solar power, geothermal well field heating and cooling, and other state of the art design features.

Bachelor Enlisted Quarters, Bid Package #5

Camp Pendleton, San Diego, CA

Construction was completed on the Bachelor’s Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) Bid Pack # 5 project in 2012. The design-build project consisted of three BEQ campuses located in Del Mar 21 Area, Headquarters 14 Area, and Chappo 22 Area. In total, 5 BEQ buildings, 5 recreational facilities, numerous amenities, and the associated improvements were constructed across the 3 sites.
